Bali continues to be one of the hottest destinations for Australian travelers, with it remaining a popular choice for Aussie holidaymakers. All major Australian airports have non-stop flights to Bali, Ngurah Rai (Bali) International Airport (DPS), apart from Hobart (Tasmania). On its busiest days, up to 38 daily flights will depart from Australia and arrive in Bali.
Using data from Cirium, an online aviation analytics company, Simple Flying has broken down the numbers to explore this popular market, with the Indonesian culture continuing to attract travelers to make the most of the island’s beaches, culture, and vibrant food and party scene.
Non-Stop From Most Major Airports
Travel from Australia to Bali is easy, given that non-stop flights are offered from Adelaide, Brisbane, Cairns, Darwin, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Newcastle, Perth, and Sydney. New services are also set to take off from Melbourne Avalon and the Sunshine Coast, both set to debut from March 2026.
One of the airlines making the most of demand to Bali is Qantas low-cost-offshoot Jetstar. The iconic Australian airline offers more services to Bali than any other carrier, operating and featuring on all of the following routes. Jetstar remains the sole operator from Cairns and Newcastle currently, with Avalon and the Sunshine Coast joining next year.
